Lamborghini has decided to commemorate the tenth anniversary of its Super Trofeo racing series by introducing a special edition car. The renowned Italian brand’s custom department, Ad Personam, has designed the Huracán STO SC 10 Anniversario, which features a unique appearance and an aerodynamic package created by Lamborghini’s motorsport division, Squadra Corse.
In addition to celebrating the important milestone of the racing series, the Huracán STO SC 10 Anniversario also pays tribute to the original Huracán, which has been on the market for 10 years. This exclusive special car follows in the footsteps of the Gallardo LP-570 Squadra Corse Coupé models that were sold in 2014 to mark the end of Gallardo production.
The Huracán STO SC 10 Anniversario showcases a striking combination of Verde Mantis and Nero Noctis colors, inspired by the SC63, a hybrid endurance car that will compete in the Le Mans Daytona hybrid class of the IMSA next year. The exterior of the car features unique features such as a tricolor stripe in the center, “Squadra Corse 10° Anniversario” logos, and red details on the carbon fiber components.
As for the interior, the exclusive Huracán displays Nero Ade seats with Verde Fauns stitching, four-point seat belts, a roll cage, and carbon fiber floors. This collaboration between Lamborghini’s custom and motorsport divisions marks the first time that Squadra Corse division has worked on a road car.
The performance enhancements of the Huracán STO SC 10 Anniversario include four-way adjustable racing-derived dampers, tires specifically developed by Bridgestone, an Akrapovic titanium exhaust, carbon fiber parts on the front air intakes, and a tilted rear wing to improve downforce. Rouven Mohr, Lamborghini’s technical director, highlighted the transfer of motorsport expertise to enhance the performance and driving experience of this road car.
Currently, Lamborghini has not revealed whether the Huracán STO SC 10 Anniversario will be available in more than one unit or its price. Interested buyers are recommended to contact their nearest Lamborghini dealership for more information.
