Hyundai Joins the Discount War in the Electric Vehicle Market!Hyundai Joins the Discount War in the Electric Vehicle Market!

Hyundai, the renowned Korean car manufacturer, has entered the fierce discount war in the increasingly competitive electric vehicle (EV) market. Following in the footsteps of EV giants like Tesla, BYD, and Polestar, Hyundai is now offering attractive incentives to buyers.

In the past year, Tesla has made significant price reductions, while both BYD and Polestar have also offered special deals. More recently, BYD launched its latest offer last week. Now, Hyundai is stepping up by offering up to $10,500 in upgrades on its 2023 Ioniq 6 electric sedan.

Between Black Friday (November 24) and Cyber Monday (November 27), customers who place an order for the 2023 Ioniq 6 Dynamiq 2WD model will receive an upgrade to the Techniq variant. This exciting upgrade includes more power, all-wheel drive, and a range of extra features, valued at $10,500.

Additionally, those who opt for the 2023 Ioniq 6 Techniq will receive an upgrade to the next-generation Epiq variant. Hyundai has highlighted that the Epiq trim features cutting-edge technology such as digital side mirrors and a battery conditioning system, valued at $5,288.

It’s important to note that these exclusive offers are only available for the 2023 Ioniq 6 vehicles when ordered within the four-day period. There is limited stock of approximately 600 units of the Ioniq 6 available nationwide.

The impressive efficiency of the Ioniq 6 sedan is derived from its aerodynamic design, which boasts a low drag coefficient of around 0.22. This model is based on the Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP), which also serves as the foundation for the popular Ioniq 5 SUV and the company’s sister brand Kia’s EV6.

For those interested in the 2024 model of the Ioniq 6, Hyundai recently announced its availability for online orders on their website. The new model will even include a more affordable version with a starting price of $65,000 before registration costs. Buyers can easily locate new Ioniq vehicles through Hyundai’s online stock locator.

As Hyundai compellingly enters the electric vehicle discount battle, customers have the opportunity to enjoy substantial upgrades and take advantage of the latest EV technology, accelerating the transition to more environmentally friendly transportation solutions.
