    AVCC2023 Event Announces Keynote Speakers for Upcoming Event

    The AVCC2023 event, organized by the global autonomous vehicles (AV) consortium AVCC, has announced its keynote speakers for the upcoming September event. Suraj Gajendra, Vice President of Automotive Products, Software, and Solutions at Arm, will deliver the morning keynote on September 27th.

    Gajendra’s keynote, titled ‘Four Wheels and One Billion Lines of Code,’ will address software-defined vehicle (SDV) trends, Arm’s role in SDV, and AVCC’s work in this area. Gajendra emphasizes the complexity of the challenges to achieve large-scale autonomous and automated driving, stating that collaboration is needed among technology providers, silicon partners, cloud service providers, software vendors, and the entire automotive supply chain.

    Seval Oz, Founder of Oz Advisors and Board Member of MicroVision and Pioneer Electronics, will kick off the program on September 28th. Her keynote, titled ‘Learning from the Past to Make Autonomous Vehicles a Reality in the Present: No Shortcuts, No Dead Ends,’ will discuss the history of automated vehicle technology and the necessary steps to make fully autonomous cars a reality.
